**New homes are being built neighboring our home. Construction of house to the left will be finished end of March. House on the right is scheduled to be complete by the end of May. Propane grill — We supply the grill for guests to enjoy. Cleaning and refilling of propane tank is up to the guests. Be kind to the next guy ;)
